Corrosion control application effectively protects buried, immersed and encased metallic structures whether it is in onshore and offshore against damage caused by corrosion. Impressed Current and Sacrificial/Galvanic systems are used for Corrosion Control. Supply and installation of the system to the metallic structures include :

DCVG is the most accurate technique for location of defects along buried pipelines and to act as a delineation technique for coating refurbishment in order to balance the coating quality with cathodic protection.

CIPS is a close interval over the pipeline potential survey provides an accurate determination of the level of cathodic protection on a buried or submerged pipeline.

Pigging is the fundamental method of gaining internal access to the pipeline and it is the most efficient way of maintaining pipelines. Pigging is used for commissioning, cleaning, batching of different products and internal inspection using gauge pigs, caliper pigs, Intelligent pigs etc. Period pigging of pipelines can remove the debris from the pipeline.

Our Caliper Pig can analyse the internal geometrical condition of your pipeline. Our specialized tool can pass through 1.5D , 90 Deg bends. Pigging tool can detects the internal defects of the pipeline such as diameter reductions, dents and ovalities, wall thickness changing, diameter variations like girth-welds, Valves, T-pieces and other installations.

Our Intelligent Pig can detect the internal corrosion of the pipeline. and it can also detect internal defects of the pipeline such as diameter reductions, dents and ovalities, wall thickness changing, diameter variations like girth-welds, Valves, T-pieces and other installations.

HOT TAPPING is the method of making a connection to existing piping without interruption to the system. HOT TAPPING on 1/2" through 48” diameter Water, Sewage, Steam, Natural Gas, Petroleum Products pipelines with pressures up to 1,500psi and temperatures up to 700degF.

LINE STOPPLING on pipes from 1" through 48" and up to 300psi in conjunction with HOT TAPPING a bypass system can be installed to provide uninterrupted service if needed.
